Yikes! Where did the time go? Need to organize and get back on top of things. Been so busy. Anywho here is a rough leica of my grad film in progress.

It's a comedy, my goal is to entertain and get a laugh out of people.

The Mini's of OZ

Something I did about 5 years ago and found recently. It was an assignment where I had to make a set of miniature paintings. Since it had to be a set of 3, I did the Scarecrow, Tinman & Lion from The Wizard of OZ. I put a nickle there to give an idea of the size.

Little Golden Books you will never see...

Remember those Little Golden Books when you were a wee one? I thought it'd be neat to do some quick illustrations of certain books you'd never see in the Little Golden Book series.

Chill Out

UPDATE* The background was done by Patrick, and I put in a character. Hopefully he will let me use the BG again for the animation. pllleeease?

Just some sketches, been looking at tribal masks lately...more to come with that penguin. once I get back to Canada, as kind of a warm up Im going to do a quick lip sync with that penguin. I just need to get the audio clip and install TVpaint on my home computer. But I will get something else up in the mean time prior it the animation of it.

COMING SOON...

I've officially started pre-production on my short film for the next year. The Drive-in is going to be my graduate film and I thought I'd start it all off with this little title card image. So it won't be ready until April of 2010 but here we go!

I'll post more and more as the year goes on.

This ain't no game, boy!

I wish real plumber's looked like this guy.

Nothing special. I drew this last night before I fell asleep. Held the pen like a brush and put no real thought into the drawing as I went along. Then this morning I just sploshed together some colours to make it look like it was on a Gameboy. Hard to believe that the Gameboy is only 20 years old...compare that to today's ipod's. Mad world.

Self Portrait

I did this as my new profile, but I figure I might as well post the whole size one, aren't I a dish? Apparently I've been told I look like this actor from the Harry Potter movies. Longbottom I believe. anywho, enjoy.
